Peter joined McCaffrey Mortgages 13 years ago and he has now completed on over 200 million pounds worth of mortgage lending with clients.

Becky is a director of Nova Estate Agents and the front woman for the business.
She has a natural proficiency for being meticulous and knows that building strong and personable relationships with her clients is principal in running a successful business. Becky has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to selling/buying a home and her local market knowledge is second to none which enables her to successfully assist clients on to their next chapter.
Her love of property came from starting out as a photographer at a local agent where she gained unique selling skills and found her lifelong vocation at doing what she does best. Since then, she has worked for various agents and her knowledge and experience has excelled to enable her to give the best service possible.
When she isn’t working, Becky enjoys spending time with her blended family. Between Becky and Peter, they have five children. As Becky likes to put it; ‘We have a house full of love and chaos!’

Peter is a director of Nova Estate Agents. He is also a director at McCaffrey Mortgage Centre in Widnes and this is where his predominant role will still continue.
Peter has a wealth of experience and has been providing professional mortgage & protection advice to local first-time buyers, residential homeowners and BTL landlords for over 20 years. He joined McCaffrey Mortgages 10 years ago and has since successfully completed on over 184 million pounds worth of mortgage lending whilst delivering exceptional service levels. Peter has a passion for making sure that his clients have the appropriate protection to cover their homes, families and themselves should the unforeseen happen – He does a proper job!
In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and swimming. He also captains a local snooker team, loves a day out at the races and weekend breaks away with Becky.
What makes Peter feel good? – ‘Guiding first time buyers through the homebuying process and helping them purchase their dream home is the most satisfying part of the job for me!’
